The fastest way to purify water in DREAD Reborn 3.1.1 is to smelt a filled water bottle in a furnace. A furnace raises water by two purity levels, while a campfire raises it by one. That means Dirty water needs two furnace cycles or three campfire cycles to become Purified.

Put the filled bottle in the furnace input slot.
