How Does Storage Work in Dimraeth?
Dimraeth gives you a small storage chest in the Guild Hall early on, but the long-term solution is to build your own chests in the Sanctum. Current Early Access information also shows a matching-deposit feature that can move items into chests that already contain the same kind of item. One important update: Hotfix 0.107.7694 moved storage chests into their own build-menu tab, so older guides that tell you to look only under Furniture may be outdated.

Why can’t I find the storage chest in the build menu?

Put one representative item into the chest.
Use the matching-deposit control.
Matching copies can then be filed into that chest more quickly.
