What Counts as a Challenged Enrollment Flow?

The FTC lists the universal Prime decision page, shipping selection page, single page checkout and Prime Video enrollment flow.

How Much Can You Get?

The revised maximum total refund is $200. Earlier payments were capped at $51. The revised order allows additional automatic payments of up to $149 for qualifying earlier recipients, bringing the total maximum to $200.

Do I Need to File a Claim?

No. The FTC says no action is needed for the current automatic refund program. Eligible customers do not have to file a claim, respond to a notice or complete a form.
